Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you teach?

We've taught as young as 2.5 years and can teach up to age 18! As long as your child is comfortable in the water without any parental assistance then we can teach them.

What programming do you teach?

We cover it all - from the fundamentals of swimming (kicking, gliding, floating) to more advanced skills that can be used in the competitive world (flip turns, racing starts/dives, further technique practice). It all depends on what skill level your child is at! The general goal of our program is to have your swimmer learn the three main strokes (front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke) and to have the endurance to swim multiple 10m lengths at a time. If your swimmer wants to move into the competitive world, then we can teach additional skills such as butterfly, flip turns, and racing dives.

Are all of your lessons private?

Yes, all of our lessons are private (1 swimmer to 1 instructor).

My child has special needs. Are you able to teach them?

Of course! Just tell us what accommodations you would like us to make and your goals for the swimming lessons and we will be happy to teach your child.

I want to put two siblings in a class together. Can I do that?

For increased safety, supervision, and 1:1 time with the instructor, we only do lessons with 1 child at a time. If you have multiple children you want to book for, then you can book back-to-back time slots on the same day.
